Política de reembolso
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at sales2@zonestar3d.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return address where to receive the package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
ATTETION PLEASE
1. If the product is damaged during transportation, please take photos upon receiving the package and request proof of package damage from the logistics company, or reject the package directly.
2. Unless the product with quality issues and have been confirmed by our after-sales service service (after-sales service email: support@zonestar3d.com), otherwise, we will not provide a return shipping label. The shipping cost for returns will be paid by you.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like 2nd hand goods, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for used filament, heat bed stickers. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
If you receive a product with only one component having a problem, but still wish to keep the product, you can contact us and request us to send a replacement for the damaged component. You can also contact us to replace with a new product (return and resend the new package).
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
